Workshops
The Drill Service can count on its own internal workshop of 566 m2 and a large shed of 675 m2 in addition to a weldment department and various outdoor work areas.
Our workshop boasts a highly qualified staff and technologically advanced equipment including three Goodway, Mori Sechi and CMT control lathes, two Castor and Tacchi manual lathes, a Sintec watch mill and a Itama hand drill. The last one we bought is a "HASS" 5 axis vertical machining center mod. UMC 750 with rotary table on the two axes.
Our sectors of intervention include: engineering companies, petrochemical companies, port facilities, public and private facilities and above all, the manufacture of special equipment for geognostic surveys in general (drilling, surveys, cores, stratigraphic tests, geotechnical tests, etc.).
The main activities of the Drill Service workshop concern the production of manufactured items with turning, milling, welding and carpentry operations related to standard products on customer request or customized prototypes realized with our direct design.
All the equipment that Drill Service makes is tested on site before sale.
